Rippling to serenity

Have you ever listened to water drops, falling one by one? Have you seen the drops creating a rippling effect on the water?

The days shorten, the longest night is approaching. It is the time of the year to rest and digest, we turn inwards. Droplets of tranquility invites you to slow travel. We watch our pace. And consider spending all our time at one destination, really getting to know the area. We take the time to experience a place as much as possible. It's slow travel. Step by step, drop by drop, creating ripples of relaxation, letting us sink into deep states of meditation through our voice. Those states can offer us, besides relaxation, access to a different state of consciousness where new inspiration, insights and ideas dwell.

Our sound to embody. Receiving voice baths. Returning to sounds that become more and more familiar. We sing ourselves through embodied voice practice into tranquility, to a calmer state of being. We listen to silence, perhaps becoming more silent. And through listening, space might open to new sounds.

I have experienced and learned about the profound healing of sound, of the voice in different ways. In this weekend we seek slowness, rest and digest. You receive sound in the form of voice baths, we tone together, listen and meditate, turn to embodied voice practice. You receive sound and make sound to release, to restore, to nourish, to connect.

Voice and sound work has a profound effect on us. It works with the law of resonance. Our health and wellbeing benefits and our connection to life grows.
